Pickle Castor made by Eagle Silver Co., R.I., USA. Included is the silverplate holder, the pickle glass jar, silverplate lid and the tongs. Glass jar is a cane and panel design, possibly made by Fostoria during 1901-1904. Measurements: a total of 11.75" (30 cm), glass pickle jar measures 4.25" (11 cm) tall with a 3" (7.5 cm) diameter opening, tongs 6.25" (16 cm) long. Holder has 3 claw feet. Pretty set in excellent condition, no damage. A sparkling beauty! Early 20th Century |
